This position is represented by a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Reporting to the Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for the following key
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot problems
Maximize the efficient use of service and repair processes to provide fast, accurate service and minimize unnecessary expense.
Complete all safety initiatives and demonstrate safe work habits
Plan proper repair procedures for efficiency
Represent the company in a positive, professional manner
Qualifications:
5 years equipment repair experience, CAT preferred,
Strong troubleshooting skills, hydraulic, engine and electronic skills
Computer literate
Self-motivated with good people skills
Good organizational skills
